It is very hard to comprehend, but the Millennium was a quarter of a century ago!
During that year, a strong bond of fraternal love and friendship was founded between the Masters of various Lodges based in Maidstone and West Malling and they became known as the Maidstone & Malling Millennium Masters. Their wives and partners also became close friends and collectively they are well known to many as the Maidstone & Malling Millennium Masters and Mistresses (MMMM&Ms).
Each and every one of the Millenium Masters became Princes Rose Croix and belong to a number of Rose Croix Chapters including Swale Chapter (Sittingbourne), Archbishop Courtenay Chapter (Wrotham), Sitis Pro Scientia Chapter (Dover and Maidstone) and Kent Chapter (Whitstable and Wrotham). This is in addition to a number of honorary memberships of other Chapters across the Districts of East and West Kent.
Although some have now passed on to higher service, that powerful friendship remains to this day and to celebrate their amazing 25 years of close friendship, the MMMMs recently enjoyed a happy weekend together in Hythe.
With fingers firmly crossed, they are now looking forward to celebrating their 50th anniversary!
