On the 31st January 2024 at Duke Street St James’s, Ill. Bro. David Pugh received his promotion to the 31° in what he described as “a wonderful experience and a fantastic ceremony performed by members of Supreme Council”.
He was accompanied by our Inspector General, V. Ill. Bro. Roger Waltham 33° and the District Recorder Ill. Bro. Trevor Youens 31°.
The evening was completed with an excellent meal at Mark Masons Hall which was enjoyed by all those Brethren receiving their promotions to the 31° and 32° degrees, dining along with members of the Supreme Council.
