Our Inspector General was delighted to be an invited guest of the District of South Essex in July, when he attended the re-presentation of a 5-year Patent to his counterpart Inspector General for South Essex, V.Ill.Bro John Hubbard. The presentation was carried out personally by the Grand Chamberlain of Supreme Council, M.Ill.Bro James Thom. It is clear from the photograph of all the Thirty-Third Degree Princes present, that a splendid time was had by all!
